My Appointments

Each time you add a client, they will automatically be assigned a free but optional My Appointments account.


From their account, clients can:


  • View and manage all upcoming and past appointments
  • Book an appointment with you if you have online bookings switched on
  • Pay for their appointments and order any prescribed products 
  • View or print invoices
  • View any treatments plans/recommendations you have made
  • Add and share their test results with you 
  • Manage appointments for their family members from the one login


Why do clients need an account?


There are 2 primary reasons why client accounts are important:


  1. Often we find our clients coming back to us to check when their next appointment is, ask for a copy of an invoice or to ask questions about any treatment recommendations we have made. This can be especially challenging when you don't have a receptionist to manage your calls. Rather than contact you and wait for you to have the time to send them what they need, clients can login to their account and access this information instantly. 
  2. Without an account, each time your clients attempted to book an appointment with you via your booking link or website, they would need to provide their full name, DOB, email and mobile number for our system to match to the file you have created for them. Without this, the booking cannot be associated with a client file which would result in multiple client files for the same client. With their My Appointments login, clients only need to enter their mobile or email, as well as their password and they can instantly book. 
  3. It significantly minimises the chances of duplicate files. Many practice management systems are moving towards requiring a client login because there has been continuous issues with clients creating duplicate files and data being lost when files are merged. By attaching a password to a clients account, we can successfully match the client records and ensure no duplicate files are created. 
  4. It allows the option to block specific clients from booking online. 


In each case, the primary goal is convenience as well as saving practitioners and their clients time. 


Guest check out


Via the guest check out feature on your booking links, clients only need a valid email or mobile to book in. This means they don't need to worry about passwords, making it even faster and easier to book appointments online. 


How can clients access their account?


The quickest way for your client to access their My Appointments account is to send them their login details via the client card. Just click on their name anywhere you see it in your account or find your client my the My Clients tab, then click on 'Send Login details' from the personal information tab.
