If you are using our intake forms, your clients will be asked how they heard about your business. If referred by another client, your new client has the opportunity to add the name of the person who referred them.


If the name provided doesn't match a client on your database due to a spelling error for example, you will receive a notification that you have an unmatched referral. By clicking on this, you'll be redirected to the personal information tab on your clients card where you can then select the correct name of the referring client.


Why is this important?


By matching your referrer, they'll automatically be added to your client referral list on your dashboard. This then gives you the opportunity to thank your client for taking the time to recommend your services. Acknowledging a referral not only shows your gratitude, it also incentivises your client to continue to refer, a wonderful and free way to grow your business.
