Opting in and out of email and/or SMS marketing

At the time your client is added, they are automatically opted in for SMS and email marketing. To opt them out, go to your client's file, and adjust your settings under Communication. Please note, that if you choose to opt your client out of either SMS or email marketing, you will not be able to opt them back in via your My Appointments account.
If you've elected to use our intake forms, your clients will also have the ability to opt in or out of SMS/email correspondence. This will automatically be reflected in your client's file once the intake form has been submitted. If they choose to opt-out, you will not be able to opt them back in.
This opt-in/out feature will be required when we release our marketing module which will provide you with campaign ideas to help your business flourish.
