To efficiently send treatment plans and recommendations to your clients, follow these steps:
- On your calendar, locate your client's booked appointment and click on it.
- Click on the 'Appointment Notes' button.
- Enter your recommendations in the provided text box and, if necessary, attach a relevant file to support your suggestions.
- To share the notes with your clients, click the 'Send' icon located in the upper right corner of the notes box.
Upon sending your recommendations, your client will receive a notification on their My Appointments account. They can access and review these recommendations via the 'My Service Provider' tab within their account. Additionally, the recommendations will be sent to their registered email.
In addition, your client will receive an email containing your recommendations and convenient links to view any attached files.
Please note that any other treatment notes you add, including assessments or prescriptions, will not be visible to your client.
By following these steps, you can efficiently and securely provide treatment plans and recommendations to your clients, fostering clear and effective communication throughout the process.
