Clients: Logging in or changing your account registration details

The following article has been written for clients who wish to access their My Appointments account.
If you know your registration email or mobile but don't know your password, follow these steps:
- Go to My Appointments website.
- Click on login > Client
- Click forgot password or click here.
If you know your login details but need to change your mobile or email, follow these steps:
- Log into your My Appointments account.
- Click on your profile image at the top right of any screen you are on
- Beside your email or mobile, click change.
- Enter the new details. You'll also need to reset your password to update your login details
- Click save.
You'll now use the new details the next time you log into your account.
If you no longer have access to both your email or mobile:
Please email [email protected]. For privacy reasons, your practitioner is unable to help reset your login details.
