If you'd like to make your calendar available for online bookings outside your regular hours, you can set up one-time availability. Here’s how:
- Navigate to your One-time Availability (OTA) settings.
- Click on the "+ One-time availability" button at the top right of your page.
- If applicable, select the relevant service provider or location.
- Enter the start and end dates.
- Specify the start and end times.
- Click "Update and save."
Once set, OTA will appear as light green on your calendar, indicating that clients can now book appointments online during these hours.
Troubleshooting
If your OTA time isn’t appearing on your booking link, it’s usually because no availability has been set in your calendar.
For OTA to work, there must be at least some availability set, as the system checks this before displaying OTA times.
To fix this, add a small availability window on any day via My Settings > My Details > My Availability. For example, on Monday, you could add 9:00–9:01 am.
Because clients can’t book a 1-minute window, the system will then proceed to check and display any OTA times you have set.
