Adding or editing a cancellation policy

To strengthen your cancellation policy, we've provided the opportunity to display a custom message which will show each time your clients book an appointment online.
To add or edit your cancellation policy
- Go to My Settings.
- Under the online bookings tab, you'll see a settings option.
- Click this and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Add your custom message and once saved, it will automatically show each time an appointment is booked.
