Adding or editing a cancellation policy

To strengthen your cancellation policy, we've provided the opportunity to display a custom message which will show each time your clients book an appointment online.

To add or edit your cancellation policy


  1. Go to My Settings.
  2. Under the online bookings tab, you'll see a settings option. 
  3. Click this and scroll to the bottom of the page. 
  4. Add your custom message and once saved, it will automatically show each time an appointment is booked.
