Booking an appointment
Firstly, make sure you've adjusted your settings to allow bookings online. Read more here.
When your client is logged into their account, there are three ways they can book appointments with you.
- At the top right, your clients will see a + icon, from here, they click appointment. From there they select your name.
- From their past appointments list, clients will see a calendar icon.
- From their service providers tab, clients can also click the calendar icon.
Whichever option they choose, clients will follow the same process to book an appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment

As above, firstly ensure you have set the reschedule lead time in your settings to a duration that suits your requirements. Read more here. From their account, clients will then be able to reschedule their appointments within the timeframe you have specified by clicking on the reschedule icon. If the appointment has a deposit on file, the deposit will be carried over to the rescheduled appointment.
You'll receive a notification once any booking has been made or rescheduled.
