Adjusting your timezone


If you need to adjust your time zone, click on My Details, expand the 'My Business details' section, and under your logo, select your time zone from the dropdown list. 


Adjusting your client's timezone


To adjust your client's time zone, go to your client's card and select their time zone from the Personal Information tab.


Please note: new clients will see your time zone by default on the booking link. Existing clients — or new clients who’ve already had their time zone set (either by logging into their account or when you added them as a client) — will see their time zone. Clients can also confirm or change the time zone during booking.


All communications that include the appointment time — such as reminders, booking confirmations, welcome emails, and Telehealth instructions — will automatically adjust to reflect your client’s time zone once their location is recorded by either you or the client.
