Adjusting fields in your booking link

To adjust text in your booking link, please follow these steps:


  1. Adding/editing your profession or changing your availability: Go to My Details, in the professions field, add any additional professions or delete existing. You need to add them in the order you want your professions to appear.
  2. Adjusting your timezone: Go to My Details, expand the business details section and add your timezone. When your clients book an appointment your timezone will show by default but can be adjusted by your client if they are in a different timezone.
  3. Editing the text above appointment type: Go to settings under the Booking online menu, scroll to the bottom and edit your text. 
  4. Adding/editing service descriptions, appointment types or prices: go the services setting, click the three dots on the right beside the service and add/edit your description, appointment types and/or prices.
