What is the waitlist feature?

The waitlist feature allows you to manage clients who are looking for an appointment. You can manually add clients to your waitlist or allow them to add themselves via your booking link.

How to enable it

1. Go to Settings
2. Under the Calendar menu, click Waitlist
3. Adjust your settings to specify:
 - Whether clients can add themselves via your booking link
 - Which locations, practitioners and services accept waitlist requests

What clients see


If you've enabled clients to add themselves online, a waitlist button will appear in your booking link menu. 


On the calendar page, where we show your availability, clients will also see the message "Can't find a suitable time? Join the waitlist." 


When adding themselves, clients are asked to provide a few details, including their preferred practitioner, location, and service, as well as their availability and whether they are flexible. Once added, they'll be encouraged to book a future appointment so a time is reserved.


Using your waitlist


You'll find the Waitlist button on the calendar page, beside the notifications. 


There, you will see a list of clients waiting for an appointment. You can contact clients individually or use the bulk send option to message multiple clients at once. Bulk send includes suggested wording to help fill spots on a first-in basis.
