When you're in your Telehealth consult, hover to the bottom of the page where you'll see the option to turn off microphone and/or video as well as screen share.
The recommended web browser to use for screen sharing functionality is Chrome. Unfortunately, other browsers do not support screen share or provide limited screen share options. Safari for example, will not allow you to choose what screen you want to share, you need to share your entire desktop. Whereas, with Chrome you can choose exactly what you want to share.
