Completing intake forms on your client's behalf

Depending on your settings, your intake form will be automatically sent to your new client as soon as you or they schedule their first appointment via your booking link. Alternatively, you have the option to complete the intake form on their behalf.


To complete the intake form for a client, follow these steps:


1. Navigate to the 'My Clients' tab and locate their client card.

2. Click on the 'Personal Information' tab.

3. Click the 'Send Intake Form' button located on the upper right-hand side. This will show a list of your intake form templates.

4. Select the template you wish to fill out or send to your client.

5. A popup will appear, presenting you with three options: 'Email intake form,' 'SMS intake form,' and 'Copy link.'

6. Choose the 'Copy link' option, and then paste the copied link into your browser to access and answer the client's intake form.
