Adding Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies

Terms and conditions or privacy policies can be added to your intake forms. 


  1. Go to Intake form settings located in the Settings tab under the "Clients' menu
  2. Click 'Create new' or select 'Edit' from the three dots next to existing intake forms
  3. Scroll to the informed consent section
  4. Activate the toggles for terms and conditions and privacy policy as required
  5. At the bottom of your intake form on the right side, enter the URLs
  6. You can click 'Preview intake form' to view how the settings appear to your clients.


Please note that intake forms can be automated and sent to clients upon booking. For further details, refer to this article.
