Adjusting or setting your available hours


If you need to adjust the hours you are available for appointments, follow these steps:

  1. Click the My Details tab which you'll find in My Settings under the General Settings tab.
  2. Click on the arrow to expand the 'My Availability' tab and then select the days and times you'd like to adjust.
  3. To adjust availability for your second location, click the dropdown menu above the days of the week and choose the location you want to update. Remember to save any changes before switching locations.


Adding break times


If you have specific break times during your business hours, you can add up to three breaks per day.


  1. Follow the steps outlined above
  2. Scroll down to the breaks section and add your desired breaks. Please note that breaks must be added sequentially.

Adding hours or breaks for team members


To adjust hours or breaks for team members:


  1. Click on the My Team tab located on the left menu
  2. Click the three dotes beside the team member name, then click "Edit'
  3. Scroll to the 'Availability' section and follow the steps outlines above.
