Customise Your Schedule: In-Person Appointments on Select Days, Telehealth on Others

To set yourself up to be available some days for in-person consultations and other days for telehealth consultations, you'll first have to set yourself up with two locations.


From My Settings > My Details > My business details, add a second address and give it a name such as Telehealth. Your address will automatically be hidden from online booking for Telehealth, phone consults and mobile services. 


After you have added the new calendar, click on My Availability and set your available times on this calendar to reflect the days and times you wish to be available for Telehealth appointments.


You'll then need to assign your Telehealth services to this new calendar by heading to My Settings > Services > Edit and assigning all Telehealth services to be available at the Telehealth location.


From the booking link, your clients will now be able to book you for Telehealth services on the days you have specified and in person on the others.
