Sending SMS messages to international phone numbers cost 2 credits per message.
Currently, due to specific regulatory requirements in certain countries, we are unable to send SMS messages to the following countries:
Armenia
Belarus
Bulgaria
Canada
China
Cuba
Czech Republic
Egypt
Finland
France
Ghana
India
Indonesia
Iran
Jordan
Kenya
Kuwait
Luxembourg
Oman
Pakistan
Palestine
Philippines
Qatar
Russia
Saudi Arabia
Singapore
Sri Lanka
Taiwan
Tanzania
Thailand
Turkey
Uganda
Ukraine
United Arab Emirates
United States
Vietnam
Our SMS providers bill for sending an SMS even if the country's carriers reject it. If you have clients who reside in these countries, we recommend switching off automated reminders under their client cards in order to avoid being billed for undelivered messages.
Your reminders will still be sent via email if you have chosen so in your settings.
