Before you can process an online health fund claim, you'll need to sign up first for a free Tyro account. You can do so here.
When signing up with Tyro, please ensure you ask them to allow in-person payments. By default, this is not enabled, which forces your clients to pay the gap payments through them. The payment processing rates for payments via Tyro are higher than when processed through My Appointments.
