Automated appointment confirmation


To use our automated appointment confirmation feature, follow these steps:


  1. Make sure your reminder sms asks your clients to reply YES or Y to confirm their appointment
  2. When your client receives their reminder and replies YES or Y to confirm their attendance, you'll see a notification appear at the top right of your page to indicate an sms has been received. 
  3. When you click on the sms notification or you refresh your page, you'll see a C icon beside the appointment. 


Manually confirming an SMS


  1. Click on the appointment
  2. Under 'Mark as', click confirmed
  3. The C icon will now appear beside the appointment in your calendar 


When you hover on the appointment, you'll see when and who confirmed the appointment.
