To allow your clients to re-order prescribed products, follow these steps:
- Make sure you have re-orders switched on in your product settings.
- Enter the delivery methods you offer (i.e., pickup, shipping or both), product weight (if your shipping is to be calculated on weight rather than a flat fee), and the number of repeats allowed.
- When you're ready to prescribe products to your clients, go to the My Appointments tab, click on their appointment, then Appointment Notes, and then click the Prescribed Products.
- Next, enter the name of the product and adjust any of the pre-populated data to suit your client's individual needs if required.
- Click add to invoice if your client is taking the product now, the prescription will also be sent to their account for re-ordering. Or you can click 'Recommend to client' to allow your client to order and pay at a later date via their account. Your client will receive a notification to let them know a prescription has been issued.
Any prescribed products will automatically be saved in your client's file.
Client re-ordering


When they're ready to order, they simply need to click Add to Cart, then open the cart to update the product quantity based on your script allowance. After that, they'll enter their shipping details, choose a preferred shipping method, and complete the payment. You'll receive a notification once the order is placed.
Processing orders
To process an order, click on the notification or visit the My Orders tab.
Click the Process button, prepare the order for shipping, enter tracking details, and click Complete Order. Your client will receive a notification to let them know the products are on the way.
Product orders are synced with your stock levels, so your client will not be able to order a product if you do not have sufficient stock.
