Adding a service


  1. Go to the Services setting 
  2.  Click the + Add service button. Fill in all the relevant fields and click 'Update and Save'.
  3. Services can be rearranged by dragging and dropping each service to your desired position.


Editing or deleting a service 


  1. To edit or delete the service, click the three dots beside the service name
  2.  Select 'Edit' or 'Delete'. 
  3. If editing, make the necessary changes and click 'Update and save'


Adding a buffer time


Buffer times enable automatic intervals between clients, giving you time to prepare for your next appointment. You can apply this universally across all services or customise it individually for each service.


  1. To set a universal buffer time, click the Settings button located at the top right of your screen. Enter your preferred buffer duration and save your settings. Please note, that the universal buffer applies only to newly added services. For previously added services, you'll need to edit each one individually to include a buffer time.

  2. For individual buffer times, you can add them when creating an appointment or by clicking the three dots next to an existing appointment, selecting 'Edit', and scrolling to the buffer times section to specify the time. 


Adding a service category 


If you provide multiple service types like Naturopathy and Massage, you can create service categories to better organise them. For instance, initial Naturopathy and follow-up Naturopathy appointments can be grouped under the Naturopathy category. This categorisation will appear on your online booking link, making it simpler for clients to see all your available services.


Here’s how to set up service categories:


  1. Click the Settings button at the top right corner of your screen.
  2. In the Categories section, enter the name of your category and optionally include a description for clients to view on your booking link. Click 'Update and save'.
  3. When adding new services, assign them to a category during setup.
  4. For existing services, click the three dots, choose "Edit," and specify the category name in the relevant field.
