My Appointments
Last Update a year ago

Before sending invoices to your clients for payment, make sure you've checked the text in the email and/or sms that is sent for unpaid invoices in your invoice settings. You'll need to ensure the 'Pay now' code is showing for your clients to seamlessly pay their invoices. If it's not there, select the personalisation dropdown, and click on the 'Pay now button' for email or 'Payment link' for sms.
There are 3 ways to send unpaid invoices to clients.
1. If the invoice is attached to an existing appointment.
- Click on the appointment
- Select the invoice button
- Click the 'Save' button.
- A prompt will ask you if you'd like to email the invoice to your client. Select 'Yes'
2. If the invoice is not attached to an appointment.
- If the invoice is already created, go to your client card, select the invoice tab, then in the invoice table, click anywhere to open the invoice. Click the edit icon, then 'Save'.
- If you need to create an invoice, go to your client card, select the invoice tab, then click the + button OR click the My Invoices tab, on the left menu, select your client's name, then add your services or products and click 'Save'.

3. Bulk send or find invoices
- Click on My Dashboard then select Unpaid invoices under client follow ups.
- Search or select the outstanding invoice
- At the top right of your screen, click 'Send invoice/s'
- Select SMS or email
- Adjust the provided wording if required then click 'Send now'.
