Create or edit treatment note templates

Go to treatment note templates to create or edit templates.
To create a template click on the blue Create template button in top right corner. This will allow you to name your template, assign services, switch on or off different fields, and add custom fields:
- Name your treatment note template. This will help identify which service belongs to which template.
- Select the services which should be assigned to this template.
- Next, you'll see we have some fields already added for you. These include; pain, mood, energy and sleep scale, bowel movements (including a Bristol stool chart to help your clients identify their bowel movements), mensural cycle, food recall diary, goals, assessment, treatment, re-assessment, plan, recommendations, and prescriptions. You can switch these on or keep them off if they are not relevant.
- You can also add a custom single field or add a custom segment where you will have multiple fields for each section. The options to chose from are: written section (you'll ask a question for your clients to reply in a text box), Yes/No questions, multi choice, checklist, 1-10 scale and the option to add a URL.
- Click save and then preview your template to see how it will look when sent to your clients.
To edit the templates, simply click on the three dots at the right side of the template list box, select edit. Here you will be able to customise the treatment note templates.
You can create unlimited Treatment note templates to suit your needs.
