If you'd like your bank details to appear automatically on every invoice, you can set them up as default notes. Here's how:


Add Bank Details to Invoice Notes


  1. Go to My Settings from the main menu.

  2. Click on General Settings, then select Invoices.

  3. Enable the Invoice Notes, then in the Invoice Notes box, enter your bank details (e.g., account name, BSB, and account number).

  4. Click Update and Save.

Once saved, these details will appear on all invoice drafts by default.


Add Custom Notes (Optional)


When creating an invoice, you can still add or edit notes specific to that invoice. This is useful if you want to include a thank you message, payment terms, or any other details.
